Kiwis of all ages have a hearing problem, not just the old and the truth is most of these people are
in denial. Even to those who are closest to them; their wives, husbands, sons and daughters.

You can’t talk to people who won’t listen. But when their lives were reflected in our stories, they found our message impossible to ignore.

We created a hearing test they would never forget. To Graham, Holly, Carol and Hassan it felt like a regular hearing test. But what they didn’t know is their family
had secretly recorded a very personal message for them the week before. By making their test so personal we made it impossible to ignore.
